FamilyHero is built for shared planning: families, caregivers, and agencies can view updates together. Always obtain consent before inviting others to sensitive chats or documents.

Use restrictions

Do not interfere with the platform, scrape data, or try to reverse-engineer FamilyHero. Keep automation respectful of other families and avoid spamming notifications.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach our policies. You can close your account at any time via the app. FamilyHero keeps a record of your consent history for compliance purposes.
